Vaultography
is a joint effort between three people with a great relationship.
Steve Sarafian is the host and web master of Vaultography's parent
site Fliptography. He is also the parent of Adam Sarafian who
is the web designer and main topic of this site. Finally we have
Lisa Birnbaum head of PR industries, which is our graphics department.
The large difference between Vaultography 1.0 and now Vaultography
4.1 is the immense amount of great graphics we have on the site.
Feel free to contact Adam about anything pertaining to the site
and Lisa pertaining to any of her lovely graphics. Steve is a
bit of a grumpy old man and does not need to be contacted, well
perhaps contact him with thanks for some of our photo galleries
because he is also the chief photographer.

Adam Sarafian
started pole vaulting in his sophomore year of high school. He
loved the sport so much he went to every camp and clinic he could
find. He found fiberbenders and fell in love. His junior summer
in high school he lived at the camp learning many valuable lesions.
Adam's senior year of high school he won two national meets (golden
west and Addidas outdoor nationals) and earned All-American status
three times while being an alternate for the junior world team.
His high school best was 17' 4.5" (5.30m). Adam found it
hard to adjust to college with a disappointing freshman year with
a best of 16' 9.75" (5.10m) After his freshman year Adam
started to get into a groove and finally got a personal best of
17' 6.5" (5.35m) qualifying him for indoor nationals. At
nationals he tied his best jump of 17' 6.5" and received
6th place and All-American honors. Adams outdoor season went mediocre
with an outdoor best of 17' 5.5" from a 2 right shorter run
(5 rights). This lefty thought it would be a good idea to transfer
to Arkansas state, so he did. In Arkansas Adam found himself getting
sick often and missing the big school atmosphere. He did not do
well at Arkansas State so he transferred back to his ala matter,
UGA, and is happier then ever. He has a great working relationship
with his coach Shawn Wilbourn and some accuse Adam of having a
man crush on Shawn.
